Recognising that something needed to change, I embarked on a journey to uncover the secrets of others' success.


The secret I discovered was that successful sportspeople trained their minds in thinking skills as much as they trained their bodies in sporting skills. 


But what they did to train their minds was still a mystery. 


Fuelled by curiosity and determination, I embarked on a learning journey


I took every course, read hundreds on books, engaged the best coaches and learnt from the best - World Champions and Olympians.


I became accreditated in coaching and began testing strategies and refining my methods.


I built a 4 step mindset transformation plan and applied these steps to my own game.


Before long I saw remarkable progress in my achievements... and in my life!!

    Each 1:1 coaching session is scheduled for up to 60 minutes, though the actual length may vary depending on your individual needs at the time.

    Weekly support calls are designed to be quick 10-minute check-ins for motivation and accountability. If a deeper conversation or more support is needed, you'll be invited to book a full coaching session.
  • Where does the coaching take place?
    All coaching is done online via Zoom so you can be comfortable in your own home.
  • Who are you again?
